We try our best to accommodate last-minute glam emergencies. However, same-day appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired slot, especially for weekend appointments.

Yes, there is a small travel fee added to cover the cost of our stylists coming to your location. The fee will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

We recommend having a well-lit space with access to an electrical outlet for our stylists to work their magic. If you have any specific requests or preferences for your service, let us know in advance during booking.

For makeup appointments, we recommend having any skincare products you typically use readily available. Our stylists will come prepared with all the makeup essentials to create your flawless look. However, if you have specific makeup preferences or allergies, let us know in advance and you're welcome to provide your own products.
